Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (such as product launches or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s hands. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
